Non-IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for

  Dental and Nursing roles

  (Fresher to Experienced)
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes based on qualification, experience, licensing, and client requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess communication & role fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, offer, and joining
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruitment reports
• Ensure compliance with hiring timelines and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Any graduate (Healthcare / Life Sciences background is a plus)
• Basic understanding of

  Dental or Nursing roles

  preferred
• Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication skills (English mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle
• Ability to screen candidates and understand JD requirements
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing is a plus
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
