Job Description

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for Non-IT positions (Sales, Field Staff, Operations, Manufacturing, Support roles, etc.)
Source candidates through
job portals, referrals, social media, and walk-ins
Screen resumes and conduct
telephonic/virtual interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and offer acceptance
Maintain and update
candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure
timely closures
and meet hiring targets
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly reports
