Non IT Recruiter - Delhi - 35k

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Non-IT Recruiter based in New Delhi. The responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying and hiring candidates for non-IT roles, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. The recruiter will also create job descriptions, source candidates via multiple channels, screen resumes, conduct interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate the hiring process effectively while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Strong knowledge and experience in Recruiting and Hiring for diverse non-IT positions
• Familiarity with industry best practices and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Job Postings and Advertisements:
• Manage multiple job postings on various platforms to attract diverse candidates.
• Utilize sourcing profiles to identify potential candidates and map their skills to job requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

3 years of experience in recruitment consulting or related field (consultancy, hiring, interviewing).
