Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Domestic Travel Consultant to handle sales and travel support for domestic tour packages, including North India group trips. The role involves managing customer inquiries, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing seamless end-to-end support during the travel process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell domestic tour packages and provide detailed itinerary guidance
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and messaging platforms
- Good knowledge of Indian geography and popular tourist destinations is essential
- Prepare and process accurate travel-related documentation
- Support travel issues that may arise during the tour
- Stay updated with travel trends, seasonal destinations, and supplier deals
- Ensure excellent customer experience from the first inquiry till the trips completion.
