Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Independent Recruiter (Freelance). The Independent Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The recruiter will liaise with clients and candidates to ensure a perfect fit and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring skills
• Experience in NON IT Recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience as a freelancer or independent recruiter is a plus
• Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and tools
• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
