As ITech Consult continues its journey of innovation and strategic transformation, we are looking for an experienced Non-Executive Director to join our governance structure and support our Indian operations. This part-time leadership role (20–40%) is ideal for a senior professional who wants to bring impact without day-to-day operational involvement.

🎯 Your Role:

You will serve on the local board and work closely with group leadership to:

• Provide independent oversight and constructive challenge

• Support long-term strategy and innovation

• Advise on governance, compliance, and performance

• Leverage your network to identify growth opportunities

• Represent the company in selected strategic engagements

🔍 Who You Are:

• A senior executive (current or former) with 15+ years of experience in IT services, Life Sciences, MedTech, or consulting

• Proven experience in business growth, team leadership, or strategic advisory

• A strong network and understanding of the Indian tech and staffing ecosystem

• Familiarity with Swiss or European business culture is a plus

• Based in Hyderabad or close by.

• Open to a part-time, non-operational governance role

📍 Next Steps:

Onsite interviews and meetings with our international management will be held in Hyderabad between 11 and 13 September 2025.
