🔹 1. NON EB Claims Handler

Responsibilities:

* Handle and process Non-EB claims such as Fire, Marine, Property, Liability, Engineering, etc.

* Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and clients for timely claim settlements

* Prepare and review claim documentation

* Regularly follow up with clients and maintain detailed claim records

* Ensure adherence to internal processes and IRDAI regulations

Requirements:

* 2–3 years of experience in handling Non-EB claims in an insurance broking firm

* Strong understanding of general insurance products and claims protocols

* Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills

* Ability to manage multiple claims efficiently

2. EB Client Servicing Executive

Responsibilities:

* Act as a primary point of contact for corporate EB clients

* Manage policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, and client queries

* Coordinate between clients, insurers, and internal teams

* Provide proactive support and build strong client relationships

Requirements:

* 2–3 years of client servicing experience in the EB Service

* Good understanding of EB insurance products (GMC, GPA, GTL, etc.)

* Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills
