• 4+ years of experience working directly with development teams.
• Good hands-on experience on Node JS & React JS.
• Experience on Agile way of working. And strong Debugging skills
• Good Communication and Client handling skill required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for backlog grooming, estimations and design technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure that code adheres to coding standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for projects. And identify technical issues and provide solutions to resolve them.
• Manage project timelines and ensure that projects are completed within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of technical development methodologies and programming languages (e.g. React JS, Node JS)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems. And able to identify process improvements and automation areas.
• Good to have DevOps and Jenkins experience.
• If and when needed lead the small development team to facilitate successful module delivery.

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

B.Tech./MCA/B.E.
