Job Description

Pay : Up to 500,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Node.js.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and real-time features with Socket.IO.
Work with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Implement authentication, authorization, and best security practices (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
Collaborate with front-end developers and other cross-functional teams.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Follow clean coding standards and participate in code reviews.

Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js.
Experience with frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.
Strong knowledge of Socket.IO for real-time applications (chat, notifications, live updates).
Database experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus.
Knowledge of Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is an advantage.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
