Job Title: Node.js Backend Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Node.js Backend Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend systems that are scalable, secure, and high-performing. You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize server-side applications using Node.js.
• Design and build RESTful APIs and services to support web and mobile platforms.
• Integrate backend services with frontend interfaces.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Manage and maintain databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Implement security and data protection measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js.
• Experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks.
• Familiarity with database systems like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of RESTful API principles and best practices.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
• Basic understanding of deployment and CI/CD workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or other container tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Understanding of frontend technologies (React, Angular) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,963.30 - ₹74,724.82 per month
