Node js developer

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Backend Node.js Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems using Node.js and MongoDB. You will work closely with our frontend developers, product team, and QA engineers to develop and maintain RESTful APIs, services, and backend infrastructure for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and MongoDB.
• Create and manage RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Optimize backend performance and handle data storage, retrieval, and indexing strategies.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.
• Implement security and data protection protocols.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications and services.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for software development.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in backend development with Node.js.
• Strong understanding of MongoDB, Mongoose, and aggregation pipelines.
• Proficient in JavaScript and asynchronous programming concepts (Promises, async/await).
• Experience with Express.js or similar web frameworks.
• Knowledge of REST API design and development.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Good understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with other databases like PostgreSQL or Redis.
• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
• Familiarity with message queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
