Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research, create user personas, and define user journeys. Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency. Apply usability and accessibility standards to all design processes. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing. Maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms and projects. Deliver design assets, style guides, and documentation for developers. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design (web and mobile). Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience with responsive design and design systems. Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: Remote
