Role Description: We are seeking talented Python and Node.js Developers to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain backend services, APIs, and web applications. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and efficient code, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring applications are scalable, secure, and performant. You will also contribute to architectural decisions and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Qualifications: Proficiency in Python and Node.js for backend development Experience with API development, RESTful services, and integrating third-party services Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB Familiarity with modern development tools, including Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines Understanding of software design principles, scalability, and performance optimization Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively on remote teams Familiarity with front-end technologies is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Benefits: Flexible schedule Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location: In person
