NOC Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive NOC Engineer to join our dynamic Network Operations Center team. The NOC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, infra, network and application related issues, ensuring seamless service delivery, and providing 24/7 support.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Monitor infra, network and application’s, performance and availability 2) Provide first-line support for alerts/alarms, escalating to the appropriate team or higher-level as per predefined process 3) Respond promptly to critical alerts and access their impact and raise it to MIM team of there is any business impact reports. 4) Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all activities in the incidents logs. 5) Work closely with internal teams (such as engineering, IT support, and security). 7) Assist in the development and maintenance of NOC procedures and guidelines. 8) Perform proactive monitoring using tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, Zabbix etc. 9) Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support during off-hours as needed.
