About the Role:

Seeking a highly skilled NOC Engineer L2 with 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Requirements

Extensive experience working as an NOC engineer.
Proven experience troubleshooting network infrastructure based on SOP.
In-depth knowledge of networking and devices like Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, VPN and Access points.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proven ability to resolve complex issues.
Capable of working flexible hours and performing well under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to respond to network alerts and hardware malfunctions.
Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting network errors.
Hands-on experience in tracking and documenting network issues; compile incident reports.
Proven track record of performing root cause analysis for future improvements.
Ability to lead Bridge calls for P1/P2 issues effectively.
Experience in mentoring and supporting L1 engineers.
