Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad (Work From Office).

Role Overview:

Were seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning & Development Head with a strong background in EdTech, IIT-JEE/NEET subjects, and sales training.

The candidate should have proven experience in training academic mentors and sales teams, improving academic delivery, supporting revenue growth and must be fluent in Telugu for regular team and student communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement structured training programs for academic, business development, and operations teams.

- Conduct subject-based pedagogy sessions for IIT-JEE & NEET faculty and K-12 mentors.

- Provide sales training on student counselling, conversion techniques, and closure strategies.

- Train and mentor teams on AI-based academic tools and digital product adoption.

- Identify skill gaps and conduct regular capability-building programs.

- Align training outcomes with business revenue targets.

- Organize student motivation workshops, counselling, and academic orientation sessions.

- Support academic heads and business teams in achieving performance and revenue goals.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in EdTech (K-12 & IIT-JEE/NEET domains).

- Excellent subject knowledge in IIT-JEE / NEET academics.

- Proven expertise in EdTech sales training, closure strategies, and revenue generation.

- Fluency in Telugu and English mandatory for internal communication, student interaction, and team training.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, and performance management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- LMS and digital training platform experience.

- Data-driven training impact analysis.

- Team building and motivational leadership.

Compensation:

Highly competitive package with incentives based on revenue growth and training performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹1,500,000.00 per year
