Job Description

Role & responsibilities The Night Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational activities during the night shift to ensure the highest level of service, safety, and efficiency. This includes supervising manpower and looking after the operations of all sub departments(Inward/Outward and Inventory) Supervise and manage night shift staff, ensuring proper performance and adherence to company policies Conduct training and performance evaluations for night shift employees Dispatch all orders within the given TAT Monitor and manage the security of the warehouse Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in an operational or management role, preferably within the industry Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Flexibility to work on weekends, and holidays as and when required
