NGO Relations - Consultant

Reports to: Executive - NGO Relations

Duration: May, 2025 – March, 2026

Mode of Work: Full time with hybrid working from office/home

Job Responsibilities:

The position is part of United Way Mumbai's NGO Relations team, which is responsible for mapping the development sector, liaising with our NGO partners, building capacities, and identifying high-impact projects.

o Sector mapping

• To study and map the development sector, identify and highlight best practices and synergies with UWM mandates
• To develop and maintain a PAN India database of prospective partners and projects across multiple thematic areas
• To ensure thorough due diligence of prospective partners and guide them through the registration and onboarding process

Profile Requisites:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken) and in English (written)
• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A high level of attention to detail is a key skill required for this role
• 0-3 years of experience in any field. Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good MS office skills i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Remuneration: INR 15,000 - 18,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

• Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
