Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced NGFW Expert Engineer with strong hands on expertise in Next Generation Firewall technologies. The role requires deep experience in migrating firewalls from Cisco ASA to Palo Alto NGFW and delivering secure enterprise grade network security solutions. PCNSE certification is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure client requirements are met and project deliverables are completed within the defined scope and timelines

Perform hands on migration from Cisco ASA to Palo Alto NGFW

Deploy optimize and operationalize NGFW security solutions

Guide customers on best practices for integrating NGFW solutions into enterprise environments

Communicate project status risks and issues proactively to the Project Manager

Coordinate with TAC teams for troubleshooting and resolution of support cases

Prepare and maintain technical documentation and project related documents

Work independently or lead technical teams based on project requirements

Deliver and document complex security implementations in customer environments

Mandatory Candidate Profile

Minimum 8 years of experience with enterprise security products and technologies

Minimum 5 years of experience managing security solutions in large enterprise environments

Strong understanding of enterprise security threat landscape

Strong knowledge of Internet protocols and applications

Proven hands on experience in Cisco ASA to Palo Alto NGFW migration

Hands on experience using Expedition and firewall migration scripts

Strong expertise in deployment configuration troubleshooting and operations of Palo Alto Networks firewalls

PCNSE certification is mandatory and profiles without certification will not be considered

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Working knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project

Scripting experience in Python and or Bash

Demonstrated ability to lead and execute security projects

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science MIS or equivalent

Willingness to work from office five days a week
