Job Description

1. Frontend Development & UI Implementation

  • Develop scalable and high-performance web applications using Next.js
  • Implement responsive, pixel-perfect UI using HTML, CSS, Tailwind/Bootstrap
  • Convert Figma / Adobe XD designs into functional components
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

2. Server-Side Rendering (SSR) & Performance Optimization

  • Implement SSR, SSG, and ISR for optimal performance and SEO
  • Optimize page load speed using code splitting, lazy loading, and caching
  • Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID)
  • Handle API routes and middleware efficiently

3. State Management & API Integration

  • Manage application state using Redux, Zustand, Context API
  • Integrate RESTful APIs / GraphQL
  • Handle authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, NextAuth)
  • Ensure secure and efficient data flow

4. SEO & Web Optimization

  • Implement SEO-friendly routing and metadata
  • Optimize images using Next.js Image component
  • Ensure semantic HTML structure
  • Implement dynamic meta tags and schema where required

5. Code Quality & Best Practices

  • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code
  • Follow component-based architecture
  • Use TypeScript where applicable
  • Conduct code reviews and follow Git best practices

6. Testing & Debugging

  • Perform unit and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library)
  • Debug performance and production issues
  • Ensure bug-free releases

7. Deployment & DevOps Collaboration

  • Deploy applications on Vercel, AWS, or CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitor production builds and logs
  • Collaborate with DevOps for scaling and security

8. Team Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with designers, backend developers, and QA teams
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews
  • Provide technical documentation and handover support

9. Continuous Learning & Improvement

  • Stay updated with latest Next.js releases and features
  • Suggest performance and architecture improvements
  • Adopt modern frontend best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
