Job Description

You will be responsible for developing new and expanding existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing customers. This includes sourcing new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channels. Additionally, you will cross-sell bank products to the existing set of Branch customers that are mapped to you. Your role will also involve informing customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship. You will plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients. Collaboration with other group companies will be necessary to provide seamless access to other products for customers. It will be your duty to maintain a complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts. You will also need to track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.,
