To manage end-to-end new store openings across brands, ensuring timely launch, operational readiness, and adherence to brand standards.
• Drive pre-opening activities and ensure on-time store launch.
• Coordinate with Projects, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Training teams.
• Ensure licenses, compliance, infrastructure, and equipment readiness.
• Oversee launch marketing, trial runs, and audits.
• Monitor post-opening performance for smooth handover to operations.
• 5–10 years in Retail operations with store opening experience.
• Strong project management, coordination, and people management skills.
• Graduate/MBA preferred.
