As a Manager of new store openings across brands, your role involves managing the end-to-end process to ensure timely launch, operational readiness, and adherence to brand standards. You will drive pre-opening activities, coordinate with various teams including Projects, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Training, and ensure all aspects such as licenses, compliance, infrastructure, and equipment are ready for launch. Additionally, you will oversee launch marketing, trial runs, audits, and monitor post-opening performance to facilitate a smooth handover to operations. Your key responsibilities include: - Driving pre-opening activities to achieve on-time store launch - Coordinating with Projects, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Training teams - Ensuring licenses, compliance, infrastructure, and equipment readiness - Overseeing launch marketing, trial runs, and audits - Monitoring post-opening performance for a seamless handover to operations To excel in this role, you should have: - 5-10 years of experience in Retail operations with a focus on store opening - Strong project management, coordination, and people management skills - Graduate/MBA qualification is preferred With your experience and skills, you will play a crucial role in the successful opening of new stores, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
