New Relic Architect

As a New Relic Architect at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in Monitoring and analyzing the infrastructure of New Relic. With 5+ years of hands-on experience in New Relic Administration, you will be responsible for designing and implementing New Relic Architecture. Your key responsibilities will include: - Hands-on expertise on New Relic APM, Synthetics, Infrastructure, Insights, Mobile, and Browser environments. - Experience in alert handling, standard availability, and performance report generation. - Utilizing New Relic APM features to identify performance bottlenecks in application code. - Configuring and fine-tuning New Relic agents, dashboards, and alerts for comprehensive visibility. - Conducting performance analysis and troubleshooting using New Relic's diagnostic tools. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of observability solutions. - Documenting the observability solution implementation process and best practices. - Exposure in integration methods such as Web services and APIs. - Utilizing troubleshooting and analytical skills effectively. - Collaborating with clients to understand their observability needs and develop effective monitoring solutions.
