New Relic Architect

NTT DATA is seeking a New Relic Architect to join the team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a New Relic Architect, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the infrastructure of New Relic, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in New Relic Administration. Your role will involve designing and implementing New Relic Architecture, configuring and fine-tuning New Relic agents, dashboards, and alerts to provide comprehensive visibility into application performance, infrastructure, and end-user experience. You should have expertise in New Relic APM, Synthetics, Infrastructure, Insights, Mobile, and Browser environments. Additionally, you will be expected to handle alerts, generate standard availability and performance reports, and conduct performance analysis and troubleshooting using New Relic's diagnostic tools to identify bottlenecks and areas of optimization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and architects, is essential to ensure successful implementation and integration of observability solutions. Your responsibilities will also include documenting the observability solution implementation process, configurations, and best practices, as well as collaborating with clients to understand their observability needs and develop strategies for implementing effective monitoring and observability solutions using New Relic.
