New Product Development - Manager (Pharmaceutical)

As a Manager in New Product Development in the Pharmaceutical industry, your role involves overseeing the formulation development and process optimization. You are required to have a strong understanding of cGMP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines, along with excellent project management and coordination skills. Your analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities will be crucial in this role. Effective communication and presentation skills are also essential for successful performance.
