New Product Development Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented New Project Development Professional who will be responsible for planning, developing, executing, and monitoring new projects. The role involves conducting market research, driving product development, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the entire project lifecycle from concept to execution
• Conduct feasibility studies and market research for new projects
• Introduce innovative technologies and ideas for product/service development
• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Maintain all project-related documentation and prepare progress reports
• Identify potential risks and develop effective risk mitigation plans
• Ensure all projects meet quality and compliance standards
• Report project status and suggest new business opportunities to senior management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
