New Product Development Engineer

As a Product Developer Engineer, your role will involve supporting the product team by conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback, and assisting with product development and launch activities. You will have the opportunity to gather data, prepare reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help define and document product requirements and features. This position provides hands-on experience in product management principles and often includes assisting with product roadmaps and tracking performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor products, and gather customer feedback to pinpoint needs and opportunities. - Support product development by collecting user input and collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop new features or products. - Analyze user data and product metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations. - Aid in creating product documentation, user stories, product requirement documents (PRDs), and user guides. - Assist in project management tasks by monitoring progress, coordinating activities across different groups, and ensuring timely product delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth communication and alignment on product goals and activities. Qualifications Required: - Educational Background: Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for interpreting data and identifying user needs. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with teams and creating clear documentation. - Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture. - Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with product management tools like Jira or Figma, and basic understanding of Agile methodologies are often a plus.
