New Model Coordinator & Project Management Buyer

As a New Model Coordinator for Sourcing and Development, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Coordinate the sourcing and development activities for new models, ensuring timely progress and adherence to timelines. - Monitor and report the progress of sourcing activities for new models, including publishing sourcing progress reports. - Monitor the development activities related to new models, report critical issues to management, and implement countermeasures to meet project timelines. - Represent the Supply Chain Vertical in Development In charge Meetings, resolving critical issues in coordination with relevant departments and agencies. - Monitor regulation requirements for new model developments such as IMDS. - Coordinate smooth trials for new models and facilitate management reviews to discuss sourcing strategies for critical component categories. - Collaborate with Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan for activities related to new model development. - Understand technical and commercial requirements of various component categories and effectively communicate these requirements to buying departments, Engineering, and QA team. - Formalize project management strategies and analyze cost performance of the supply chain for new models.
