As an Assurance Staff Experience Management at EY, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective resource scheduling using scheduling tools within EY GDS Assurance. Your responsibilities will include: - Timely updation of resource schedules on scheduling tools (ARMS/Retain) - Timely review and resolution of scheduling conflicts - Proactive review of resource availability and requirements - Mailbox management and fulfilling scheduling requests within defined TAT - Optimization of resource utilization through effective schedule management - Basic reporting and analysis To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - Good verbal and written communication skills - Basic knowledge of MS Excel - Excellent teaming and interpersonal skills - Positive attitude and ability to excel under tight timelines To qualify for this position, you should be a graduate with 1-3 years of relevant resource management or workforce management experience, preferably with a strong acumen in resource management. Additionally, having basic knowledge of MS Excel and interest in business and commerciality will be advantageous.
