Key Responsibilities
Drive new customer acquisition through proactive outbound efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, events).Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets.Understand client needs deeply and pitch tailored corporate gifting solutions that add value.Work closely with internal teams (design, operations, and finance) to deliver end-to-end gifting solutions.Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.Keep a pulse on industry trends, competition, and opportunities in the corporate gifting space.Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset take responsibility, show initiative, and drive results without hand-holding.What Were Looking For5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of hunting new business.Prior corporate gifting industry experience is highly desirable.Strong ability to initiate conversations, open doors, and close deals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.A self-starter who takes complete ownership of their pipeline and outcomes.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
