New Car Delivery / Test drive Coordinator

Job Summary

The New Car Delivery / Test Drive Coordinator is responsible for managing test drive schedules and ensuring smooth, timely, and high-quality new car deliveries. The role focuses on customer coordination, vehicle readiness, documentation support, and creating a positive delivery experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesTest Drive Coordination

• Schedule and manage customer test drive appointments
• Ensure test drive vehicles are clean, fueled, and in proper condition
• Maintain test drive vehicle log and customer records
• Coordinate with sales executives for test drive follow-ups
• Explain basic vehicle features during test drives, if required

New Car Delivery Coordination

• Plan and coordinate new car delivery schedules with customers
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, accessorized, and ready before delivery
• Verify vehicle documents (invoice, registration, insurance, accessories)
• Coordinate with RTO, insurance, and accounts teams for timely delivery
• Support sales team during customer handover and delivery ceremony
• Collect customer feedback post-delivery

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain delivery checklist and handover documents
• Update CRM or dealership software with delivery and test drive details
• Ensure compliance with company and brand delivery standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Basic knowledge of cars and automobile terminology
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Knows four wheeler driving
• Valid driving license (mandatory)

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in automobile showroom / sales support role preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills may apply

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
