Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
Good numerical and calculation skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Polite communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to work under pressure during peak hours

Experience

1–3 years of experience as a cashier (automobile industry preferred)
Freshers with basic accounting knowledge may also apply

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and generate invoices for vehicle sales, service jobs, spare parts, and accessories
Collect payments through cash, card, UPI, bank transfer, or cheque
Maintain daily cash collection records and reconcile with system reports
Issue receipts and ensure proper documentation for all transactions
Coordinate with sales, service, and accounts departments for billing accuracy
Handle customer queries related to bills, payments, and refunds
Maintain cashier counter cleanliness and organized records
Follow company policies for cash handling and compliance
Assist in end-of-day cash closing and reporting to accounts team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
