About the Role: As a part of this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers, introducing new services to existing customers, activating national accounts on a local level, and re-engaging lost customers. Your key responsibilities will include gaining a comprehensive understanding of each customer, identifying key decision makers and finance personnel, and being familiar with other service providers they engage with. Regular customer surveys will be conducted to ensure a thorough understanding of customer needs. Additionally, you will be required to have detailed knowledge of consignees, including their contact information, statutory details, and the type of consignee they represent. Understanding the competition is crucial, including their services, pricing strategies, and load factors managed for assigned portfolio customers. Conducting a SWOT analysis of key competitors in your territory/segment will be essential for strategic planning. Your calendar will be filled with periodic meetings with prospective customers, engaging with decision makers, finance managers, senior managers, warehouse personnel, and other relevant individuals. Daily follow-ups with potential customers as per targeted segments will be necessary, along with diligent tracking of all leads through the sales funnel. Eligibility Criteria: To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA or PGDM in Marketing/International Business from a reputable B School. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar profile, demonstrating your expertise in driving business growth and managing customer relationships effectively.,
