Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Business Development + Client Servicing professional with a PR background. The role involves driving new business, pitching to prospective clients, and managing client relationships. You will work in a hybrid mode (2 days in-office) and will need to attend client meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and campaign execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities, helping to shape proposals and strategic recommendations.
  • Attend client meetings, understand their needs, and propose tailored PR solutions.
  • Build long-term client relationships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality PR campaigns.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and promote the company's services.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in PR, communications, or agency background.
  • Strong business development skills and proven track record in client servicing.
  • Knowledge of PR strategies, media relations, and communications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless relationship and clear communication between clients and the agency.
  • Manage and lead day-to-day client interactions, ensuring all requests, projects, and campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced agency setting.
  • Collaborate with senior management to devise and implement strategies for new client acquisition.
