Role Overview We are hiring dynamic BDMs to drive new business acquisition across Electric 2W, 3W, and LCV OEMs. The role involves prospecting, managing pilots, and closing commercial contracts while working closely with R&D and product teams. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new OEM customers across EV segments. Manage complete sales cycle — prospecting to deal closure. Build and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline. Coordinate demos, RFQs/RFPs, and pricing proposals. Work cross-functionally with R&D, product, and program teams. Track opportunities, forecasts, and customer data in CRM. Represent Inverted at industry events and OEM meetings. Required Skills Strong B2B sales acumen with a hunter mindset . Understanding of EV technology or ability to learn quickly. Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM and Excel; comfortable with field travel. Strong cross-functional collaboration ability. Qualifications Engineering/Business degree preferred. 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (EV/auto/industrial). OEM/Tier-1 sales experience; EV ecosystem network is a plus.
