BRIEF OVERVIEW
  • Designation: New Business Consultant
  • Industry: B2C Telecom , UK Market
  • Functions: New Business, End to End Phone Sales,
  • Reporting Office: Sec V, Salt Lake, Kolkata.
  • Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday - 2:30pm to 11:30pm. (Transport facilities available)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • As a New Business Consultant, you’d be trained to represent a reputed unified telecommunication company with the go to market being United Kingdom.
  • You will be required to phone pre-qualified leads and engage them in solution, services on offer, and acquire them as a customer on behalf of the telecommunications company.
  • Pertaining to this role, you’d be a great fit, if you have the zeal and passion to work in a high-octane sales environment, ability to quickly adapt to changing needs of the project, absorb ongoing training, be self- determined to achieve goals, find joy in being called employee of the month, and if so, then you’ll do well given the tools and resources you’d have at your disposal

PREFERRED APPLICANT PROFILE
  • Excellent communication ability in English, well read, well spoken.
  • Prior experience of atleast 1 year in tele-sales in international business to business or business to consumer market.
  • Preferred educational qualification is a Bachelors, however, is not a must.
  • An active listener with empathy and compassion who will always keep customers success front of mind.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to engage with small, medium sized business owners/decision makers, be a voice of authority whilst engaging to ensure you present yourself as an individual and the product/solution on offer in the best manner possible
