We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with deep expertise in firewall solutions to lead delivery, optimization, and support of enterprise network security environments. The role combines technical ownership with service governance and stakeholder management.
Own end-to-end delivery of firewall solutions across enterprise environments
Design, implement, and optimize firewall architectures
Ensure SLA adherence, service quality, and continuous improvement
Act as the primary escalation point for complex firewall-related issues
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for service delivery
Drive security best practices and compliance
Strong networking fundamentals with deep firewall expertise
Good to Have
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortinet
Exposure to enterprise security operations and managed services
