Job Summary:

Softtrix is seeking motivated and technically inclined individuals to join our team as Network Trainees. This position is ideal for recent graduates who are looking to build a strong foundation in networking and IT infrastructure. The role offers hands-on experience, exposure to live projects, and an opportunity to grow into a full-time position upon successful completion of training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of LAN/WAN networks
• Support the configuration and management of firewalls and other security devices
• Monitor network performance and assist with basic troubleshooting
• Help implement and maintain network security protocols
• Document network configurations, changes, and procedures
• Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams for ongoing network operations

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of network setup and hardware configuration
• Familiarity with firewalls, routers, and related security tools
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic networking issues
• Understanding of network security protocols.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional IT environment

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Tech / BCA / MCA / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹6,047.81 - ₹10,456.91 per month
