Job Title: Network Trainee Location: Mohali (On-site) Experience: Freshers Qualification: B.Tech (IT / CSE / ECE or related fields) Job Type: Full-time (Training + Probation) Training Duration: 3 Months (Training will be provided) Stipend: Offered post-training Job Summary: We are looking for passionate and dedicated Network Trainees to join our technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers from IT or related backgrounds to kick-start their careers in networking and infrastructure management. The selected candidates will undergo structured training for 3 months, after which they will be considered for a full-time role with a stipend. Key Responsibilities: Undergo in-house training on network infrastructure, configurations, and support. Assist senior network engineers with setup, monitoring, and maintenance of networks. Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Support the IT team in managing routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking components. Document processes and update technical records as required. Ensure adherence to security protocols and data protection policies. Provide basic end-user support under guidance. Requirements: B.Tech degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field. Strong interest in computer networking, system administration, and IT infrastructure. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
