Job Title: SEO Team Lead Location: Hamirpur (HP) Experience Required: 4–5 Years Job Type: Full-time Department: Digital Marketing Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven and experienced SEO Team Lead to join our Digital Marketing team at our Hamirpur office. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of SEO best practices, have proven experience in managing teams and clients, and demonstrate expertise in technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the SEO team to ensure performance and delivery of client campaigns Communicate effectively with clients through regular calls and updates Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic Conduct detailed on-page and off-page optimization Perform regular website technical audits and implement necessary fixes Oversee local SEO initiatives and directory listings Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates Assign and track team tasks, ensuring quality and timeliness Generate and present SEO performance reports and improvement plans Coordinate with content writers, designers, and developers to support SEO efforts Requirements: 4–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead role Strong command over technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and local SEO Proven experience handling client communication and reporting Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website CMS platforms is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,669.78 - ₹38,321.98 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Application Question(s): What was your previous/current salary?
