Project Role :Network & Svcs Operations Representative

Project Role Description :Configure, integrate and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. Manage back office system data records. Support customer activations and configuration adjustments.

Summary:As a Network & Services Operations Representative, you will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and managing the life cycle of telecommunication network elements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the associated configurations across Fulfillment and Assurance, managing back office system data records, and supporting customer activations and configuration adjustments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of network services and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
