Job Description

As a Network & Services Operations Representative, your role involves configuring, integrating, and managing the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configurations across Fulfillment and Assurance. You will be responsible for managing back office system data records and supporting customer activations and configuration adjustments. Your key responsibilities include: - Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Actively participate and contribute in team discussions. - Provide solutions to work-related problems. - Facilitate communication between service fulfillment teams and clients to ensure alignment on performance expectations. - Analyze service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Your professional and technical skills should include: - Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Experience with Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience in troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions. - Familiarity with performance measurement tools and techniques. The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. This position is based at the Gurugram office, and a 15 years full-time education is required.,
