Join a team where innovation, teamwork, and performance driveour success!Your Role:● Configure and install new telephone systems● Respond to automated alerts● Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support via email and phone● Develop new procedures and internal documentation● Assist the IT team with daily operations and project developmentWhat We’re Looking For:● Strong knowledge of IP phone configuration (Yealink, Grandstream, Polycom, Cisco,etc.)● Experience with cloud or on-premise IP telephony systems● Familiarity with IP phone systems (e.g., Asterisk, FreeSwitch, 3CX)● Understanding of telephony IP technologies, protocols (SIP), and terminology● Networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, SNMP, QoS, DHCP, WiFi)● Experience with Windows (MacOS is a plus)● Knowledge of IT & networking equipment (switches, cabling, etc.)● Strong troubleshooting and support skills● Familiarity with routers (PFSense, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Cisco) and firewalls (SonicWall,Fortinet), and security systems.● Ability to diagnose network issues● Linux server experience● Excellent customer service skills● Strong written and verbal communication in French and/or English● Interest in technology, telephony, and telecommunications● Be autonomous, organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.● Ability to work under pressure and take initiative● Comfortable working independently and in a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
