Job Description

In this job the Network Support Engineer will provide support to our Global Networking Clients and projects in:

Deploying the customer solution and providing remote technical support.

Provide remote technical support to clients on networking and security products not limited to Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet.

Providing support in pre-sales activities, support responding on RFPs.

Building and supporting lab activities, working on customer PoC??s.

Collecting customer networking and security data and requirements and using the Health Check offering tools.

Creating technical documentation and executing on Validation and Test Activities.

Required education

Bachelor''s Degree

Required technical and professional expertise 2+ years of experience.

Networking CertificationsCCIE, JNCIS, JNCIP, PCNSE, CCSE, NSE7, CCNP

Routing and switching expertise

Cisco ACI and SD-WAN expertise

Preferred technical and professional experience
