Job Description

You will be responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex network issues in real-time, ensuring minimal downtime for customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identify, troubleshoot, and debug network-related problems, leveraging scripting and security technologies. - Write custom scripts and automate processes for efficient troubleshooting and resolution workflows. - Utilize advanced network troubleshooting tools like ping, traceroute, Wireshark, Nmap, and cable testers for testing connectivity and traffic analysis. - Collaborate with customers to understand their environments, reproduce issues, and provide effective solutions. - Handle complex configurations in distributed networks, including multi-site deployments and hybrid cloud setups. - Provide expert guidance on endpoint security, network infrastructure, and incident resolution. - Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. - 3 to 5 years of experience in network troubleshooting in enterprise environments. - In-depth knowledge of endpoint technologies such as EDR, ZTNA, Identity Management, LDAP, Active Directory, ADFS, and Azure AD. - Expertise in network security appliances, firewalls, IDS/IPS, data center networking gear, DDoS mitigation, WAF, SIEM, proxies, and related technologies. - Hands-on experience in Linux server and network administration, scripting languages for automation, and diagnostics. - Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities. Preferred skills include certifications like CCNP, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, RHCE, familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and experience in incident response or managed security services.
