Network Support Intern

Job Description

We are looking for talented and trustworthy person who has knowledge and is interested in developing a career in Technical support side(networking & server side). He / She under supervision of Team Lead / senior team members. With our internship programme you would gain necessary competency to develop themselves to become a professional Technical Support Engineer. You would gain hands on experience in: · Structured cabling · Knowledge in Routing & Switching · Knowledge in configuring and managing wireless Networks · Knowledge in different firewall configuration & management · Network security · VPN server configuration & management · SDWAN configuration & management · Server Installation & configuration · Active Directory management · Ability to install and manage Network Attached Storage NAS and configure RAID · Knowledge in troubleshooting different firewalls, routers & switches · Ability setup and manage various security solutions like EDR, DLP etc You would be the part of our team who would be designing and implementing new network architecture and /or improving the efficiency of the current networks by the provision of right networking solutions. Requirements: - · Should have completed hardware & networking course · Technical knowledge of routers. firewalls, switches and servers · Ability to adapt to new technologies and willingness to learn new technology · Good verbal communication skills and written skills · Ability to work in rotating shifts and be on-call outside of shift hours on a regular and recurring basis. Bachelors' degree or engineering degree in Telecommunications/Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent Certification in networking side or hardware side would be an added advantage Experienced candidates looking to gain more exposure may get a preference NB: - On successful completion of internship, we would provide an opportunity for the selected candidates to become the part of our technical team.
