Job Description

- Understand customer requirement
- Designing, implementing, andmaintaining an customer's network infrastructure, ensuring its reliability andperformance
(Design new Network, upgradation of existing Network etc)
o Complex Telecom grade networkplanning o Configuring and managingnetwork devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, GPON, Radio and wirelessnetworks etc
- Handle complex network designs - Advanced troubleshooting - Responsibilities includenetwork security, performance monitoring, and collaborating with various teams
o Implementing and maintainingsecurity policies, monitoring for vulnerabilities, and ensuring data privacy,integrity, and availability
o Proactively monitoring networkperformance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to optimizenetwork speed and efficiency
- Good Communication skills
o Working with various teams,including network architects, other engineers, and senior management, to ensureoverall objective of network/solution needs are met
o Jointly work with variousinternal team for entire solutions in case of requirement is having Network andother components
- Providing guidance and trainingto junior network engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Stay Up to date: Keeping abreast of new technologies, industry trends, and security best practices
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining accurate documentation of network planning, designing, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
