Network Security Specialist

Role Overview: As a Network Security Specialist at Proinf, you will be responsible for managing enterprise network systems and ensuring high availability of layer-2 and layer-3 protocols. You will work with industry-leading network and security devices such as Cisco, PaloAlto, Juniper, and Extreme. Your role will also entail understanding SD-WAN technology, automating tasks using scripting languages, and utilizing technology tools for IT security management. You will be an integral part of a highly technical team, contributing to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage enterprise network systems to ensure optimal performance and availability. - Understand and implement layer-2 and layer-3 high-availability protocols. - Work with industry-leading network and security devices like Cisco, PaloAlto, Juniper, and Extreme. - Utilize SD-WAN technology effectively. - Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages. - Utilize technology tools for IT security management. - Collaborate effectively with team members and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Remain calm and collected during stressful situations, such as major service outages. - Continuously learn and adapt to new skills and technologies. - Work in a 24x7 support environment, including night shifts. - Thrive in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes teamwork. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech qualification. - 5+ years of experience in managing enterprise network systems. - Certification with Cisco or PaloAlto would be an added advantage. - Strong knowledge of technology tools used in enterprise IT security management. - Excellent oral and written communication skills.,
