Job Overview:

We are hiring a Network Security Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Fortinet security solutions to support enterprise and mission-critical environments. The role requires practical deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support of Fortinet products in live production networks.

This position is on-site in Abu Dhabi and is intended for engineers with real-world security operations experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Fortinet security solutions in enterprise environments
• Implement and manage firewall policies, VPNs, routing, and security services
• Troubleshoot complex network and security incidents across multiple environments
• Analyze logs, traffic flows, and security events to identify and resolve issues
• Work closely with internal teams and customers during implementation and support phases
• Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and handover reports

Mandatory Technical Requirements:

Candidates must have hands-on experience with at least three (3) of the following Fortinet products:

• FortiGate
• FortiMail
• FortiSandbox
• FortiManager
• FortiAnalyzer

Networking & Protocol Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of routing and switching concepts
• Hands-on experience with BGP
• Solid knowledge of email protocols: SMTP & SMTPS
• Experience with NAT, VPNs (IPsec / SSL), and security policy design

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience working in enterprise, service provider, or managed security environments
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and under operational pressure
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Certifications (Preferred)Fortinet NSE 4 / NSE 5 / NSE 6
• Additional network or security certifications are an advantage
